What do you charge for bespoke designs?
We don't charge extra for a bespoke design however please be aware that the components requested may be more expensive.
What do your charge for postage?
UK Delivery is only charged for 'Try Before You Buy' there is, however no postage on a subsequent order resulting from this service. We do, however charge postage on normal orders.
Can I try before I buy?
We do not hold stock items of any tiaras, head-dresses or jewellery, however, we do appreciate how difficult it can be to choose on-line and for that reason we will, if requested by the customer, send out a Studio sample for them to try. Customers are required to pay in full for the item sent but a full refund, less postage, is given, if the item is returned within 7 days in the same packaging and condition as received. Postage will not always be charged on a subsequent order resulting from an Sample Trial, this is weight dependent.
What is the timescale?
2 weeks is the standard time we quote but if an order is urgent then we can complete the design and post it to you within 7 days. There may be a short timescale charge depending on the nature of the design.
What if the item isn't suitable or damaged when I receive it?
In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange return and replacement. If you order a
Tiaras & Co design this is made especially for the customer as they order and classed as bespoke. Bespoke orders, under the distance selling regulations, will not be subject to the 10 days legal requirements as a matter of course. Items that are not by Tiaras & Co will be refunded as per our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds will not given if the item has been worn.
Could you copy a design I've seen?
No, this would be against the original designers' copyright and would be both unethical and illegal. You can send us pictures to show us the type of design you require but we will not copy other peoples work.
Payment?
You can make payment via our website shopping basket
Cancellation?
You may cancel a none bespoke order within 7 days of making it. A bespoke order may be cancelled within 7 days as long as work has not began on it however, once work has startd on a bespoke design cancellation is not possible.
